Work-order management
Fault reporting, acceptance, repair, handover and approval follow one controlled CMMS workflow.
ARMS connects assets, maintenance work orders, preventive tasks, teams and management analytics in one controlled, real-time system.
ARMS replaces disconnected spreadsheets and fragmented communication with traceable workflows and a shared operational view.
Fault reporting, acceptance, repair, handover and approval follow one controlled CMMS workflow.
Scheduled plans, task instructions, execution evidence, due dates and PM compliance stay connected.
Identify the correct machine, open its history and report a fault directly at the equipment.
Measure serial, parallel and mixed production lines both at group and individual asset level.
Control visibility and actions by site, production unit, area, responsibility and organizational role.
Track state changes, user actions, security events and operational notifications in a traceable system.
Reporting, acceptance, repair and approval timestamps are created by the workflow itself. This provides a traceable source for response time, repair time, availability and failure analyses.
Filters update automatically by period, site, production unit, area and machine. Charts and Pareto elements can drill down to the underlying fictitious work orders in the public demo.
The public read-only demo uses fictitious data and requires no sign-in. It provides an authentic view of the dashboard, assets, work orders and Report Center without allowing changes.
Imre Fülöp’s professional journey extends from shop-floor operations to leading large, multi-shift production organizations. He started in automotive manufacturing as an operator and progressed through line-leader and shift-leader roles. He deepened this experience in the optical industry as a specialist, technologist, shift leader and production manager, while also gaining manufacturing group-leadership experience in an injection-moulding environment.
His technology and production-support work connects process improvement, structured problem solving, production planning, KPIs and management reporting. Through Excel/VBA reports, dashboards and automated reporting solutions, he has long been transforming operational data into clear decision support.
ARMS is the digital synthesis of this practical experience: a system shaped by the real needs of production, technology, maintenance and management decision-making.
